How long will it take?
How long will it take for you to get the items you ordered? We can’t estimate the time you need to finalize art and sign off final art approval. But once that’s done we count the number of days it takes to produce the item plus the shipping time in transit based upon the method you select.
Final art + Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time.
Production time is counted after receiving your signed final art approval. Our ordering process begins with receiving your order, your art design ideas and payment. We work with your art to make it ready for the method of printing required for the product you have chosen. After we have prepared your art we fax it to you for final art approval. Prior to signing off final, changes can be made. Once final art approval is signed and received by our office any changes will incur additional charges. After signed final art approval we begin counting production days as long as your order information is complete. All production dates reflect standard working business days (excludes weekends, holidays).
Your order + Art + Payment + Final art approval = Production time begins.
Expected Ship Dates
We guarantee that we will do all we can to give you a date that is realistic to our expected ship date. Occasionally we miss our expected ship date due to human error or manufacturing material inadequacies. We will work with you to meet your expected “in-hands” date and notify you if any problems are foreseen.
Orders are shipped FOB from Diamond Bar, California or their point of manufacture (usually UPS ground). For items that are too large or too heavy, we will send them via a trucking line and you will be notified.
We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States. However, due to UPS and carrier restrictions, special arrangements, when possible will be made to accommodate delivery to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Ship & Bill
If you would like to have us ship your order and bill it to your account, we ask you to provide us with the carrier name and the account number.
In all cases where you have not specified a third party billing account, we will add the freight to the invoice unless noted otherwise. Certain carriers require a signature to receive. UPS shipments are sent insured.
Outside Contiguous USA
All shipments outside the contiguous USA will by default be shipped UPS Second Day PM , unless you specify a faster level of service by selecting Overnight . If you should require a different method of shipment, please contact us.
Saturday deliveries must be in the continental US and meet the UPS Saturday delivery requirements. Saturday deliveries must be shipped UPS Red next day delivery. All Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge. There are no Holiday deliveries available. Saturday delivery is not available to all locations, please check with UPS prior to relying upon this option.
Please note that using Overnight or Second Day shipping does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. Delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your item plus the shipping time. Please check with our office for more details.
Oversized, very large or heavy shipments are usually sent via an Less Than Truck Load (LTL) carrier.
Parking & Property ID ships from multiple facilities throughout the US. If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship from different facilities. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments. Additionally, when ordering multiple items you may specify different methods of shipping per item.
Should the items be lost or damaged in transit when using third party billing, Parking & Property ID is not responsible for damages incurred to the shipment. Our responsibility for the shipment of merchandise ends when your freight carrier accepts our products. You must file claims for noticeable or hidden damage or shortages directly with your carrier. The filing of such a claim in no way alters the terms of payment due. All claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt of goods.
We can ship your order to multiple locations for a nominal fee. Please call or email your instructions.
Ordering Multiple Items
When you order several different items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Please note that each line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order.
