Returns: If you are not totally satisfied with one of our generic (not custom printed) stock products in quantities under 5,000, you can request a RMA number to return your entire order in re-sellable condition within 60 days of your purchase.
Shipping: We guarantee that we will do all we can to give you a date that is realistic to our expected ship date. We will work with you to meet your expected “in-hands” date and notify you if any problems are foreseen.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Parking & Property ID can change or cancel your order without charge IF the order has not yet started into setup or production otherwise charges will incur.
If an item has begun setup or production, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment to reduce the cost of shipping. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.
Overruns and Underruns
Due to manufacturing quality and production standards there can occasionally be overruns and underruns for custom order products. In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order. Parking & Property ID will communicate when these yield fluctuations might occur.
Payment Terms
Parking & Property ID accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment. Payment terms are subject to agreement, with credit extending up to a maximum of 30 days in some cases with prior application and approval.
For credit application, terms and conditions please allow ample time for approval processing.
Rush Orders
In a hurry? We will be more than happy to work with you to find a solution. By working with our inventory, production, and suppliers, we will try to speed a product through that will meet your requirements. In many cases, additional charges are associated with rush orders and they are quoted separately.
Parking & Property ID products with published pricing on our website and in our catalogs will note when overrun/underrun conditions apply. Otherwise, overrun/underrun’s occur on custom products and are noted on custom quotes.
The industry standard on most products is ± 10%. For instance, if you order 100 custom adhesive pockets you could potentially receive between 90 and 110 items. Exceptions to the above are paper and plastic bags, which may vary ± 25%.
We will bill your account or credit card for the actual quantity shipped.
