We have an excellent track record based upon our guaranteed ship date (quoted after receiving your signed final approved artwork and purchase order). We do everything humanly possible to care for you. Our employees are dedicated caring, compassionate people and have been known to drive packages to local customers on the few occasions when issues prevented normal production or shipping procedures.
We detest missing guaranteed ship dates due to our error. When possible, we offer to ship some or all of your order via an upgraded shipping method, at our expense, so that you can receive a portion or all of your order as close to the expected delivery date as possible. We cannot be responsible for delayed delivery due to a common carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, US Mail) not meeting their delivery promise.
