The LaserRedi Form w/Decal is a unique peel-out decal which is perforated and easily removed but stay put during laser or inkjet printing. Decal can be clear or opaque. It can have various levels of adhesion for temporary to permanent use.

The LaserRedi sheet size is 8 1/2"w x 11"h. The form and decal can be any size. You may have any number of forms per sheet, where one decal is on one form. What shown on the left is a 3 up: 3 forms per sheet.
