If you’ve ever messed with “ponytails” or hair then you know the concept of the Elastic Loop. It’s just a giant elastic rubber band! The Elastic Loop was designed to loop through your permit or displayer and then dangle from your rearview mirror. This makes your permit or displayer easily visible for Parking Officers.

The Elastic Loop comes in four standard sizes to accommodate all types of rearview mirrors. It is made of thick white elastic and has a silver end connector to keep the cut ends secure allowing for repetitive stretching over the rearview mirror.
